Do add your voices to those already praying for our capital city and everything that occurs within it. Pray for Merton and those who live, work and worship in this borough. Major David and Ailsa have recently attended events run by the Borough of Merton considering local issues and how to make it a safer place for children. Do pray for them as they represent the Salvation Army and seek to influence local issues with Christian values. Finally do seek Gods guidance as to whether you should link up with the London Year of Prayer. If you want to know more go have a look at www.londonprayer.net/2007.
There are lots of different issues covered in our Newsletter do pray for them and the people involved. In addition please pray for Major David and Ailsa as the CYM review draws towards its conclusion and the decisions they will be making for this year, and those that follow. Finally do remember to pray for those who are unable to worship with us on a regular basis. Their presence is missed, but they are not forgotten Kitty, Letitia, Olive, Linda, Edie, Ella, Sonia, Gillian, Ernie, Sue and Phillip.
